viewed from the street or from the lake, you must submit an architectural change request to the HOA.

Attach a drawing and information the
committee needs to make in order to provide an approval and send it to
Renaissance Community Partners.
You will notified of the decision of the
Architecture Committee within 30 days of the submission deadline.
